Currently at this time we are unable to accept returns or direct exchanges. In the event an order is improperly fulfilled or there is an error on our end (manufacturing issue, defects, sizing issue) we will be happy to offer a refund in full or provide a voucher for future capsule releases. Aside from these circumstances, refunds and exchanges are unavailable.
Due to the exclusivity of our products, all individual garments are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow anywhere from 3-5 weeks to complete processing, production and shipping. We believe transparency is key, so should any unforeseen circumstances arise, you will be immediately notified. In the event a capsule/garment is pre-made, shipping times will be between 5-8 business days for all United States orders, and 10-20 business days for all international orders.
We are no longer liable for packages that are abandoned at customs, lost by third party carriers or returned to our facility.
